Useful Art for Communities

Stine studies Art History at Aarhus University and is exploring how to combine her academic knowledge with artistic projects in the city. She has been part of the Clay Hands project since its beginnings in 2017 when the first handprints were made by the inhabitants of Aarhus and other places. 

“In my opinion, art should be made and enjoyed by everyone! We are all unique and have different ways of thinking and expressing ourselves. Being creative together makes the outcome more diverse, and brings people together in spite of gender, ethnicity and class.”
